Lets gather our poems and see what we get, and then we can look at line length.

Artwork only for the front possibly back, we are after all writers, not painters (or photoshpoers)

I agree with Kitsune about the pictures, however, whoever said that poetry books only have on poem per page is wrond, check out 'The Kingfisher book of Comic Verse' chosen by Roger McGough, im sure there are more that was just the closest to my computer, the anthology we used in English last year had 2 per page.

Well darn. I guess I shoulda said 'most poetry books.

And I'd still prefer one per page, unless that one long poem is REALLY GOOD.

All right.

All entries are to be in size 12, with Times New Roman font. No spaces between the lines. Stories are to be 10 A4 pages in length, all poems are to take up approx. 1 page.

Date due for the first draft of the stories is the 4th of August.

Date due for the first draft of poems is the 10th of August.

Put the stories up on the Critiques Corner for a good overlooking. I'll be creating a thread specifically for them. Same for the poems on their board.

We'll give the review process five days. Then we do a second and final draft.

Date due for the complete stories is the 14th of August.

Date due for the complete poems is the 20th of August.

ANY WORK NOT IN BY THE FIRST DRAFT WILL NOT BE INCLUDED.

So sayeth the All-Father.

Are we as offensive as we might be?

I've finally had an idea for a story, and just to clarify: does it have to be precisely ten pages? Seems a bit draconian. Anyway, expect some work from me soon.
